WE HAVE ABOLISHED ENTRY FORMS FOR ENTRANTS OF CLASSIC VEHICLES TO OUR 2011 EVENTS;  SIMPLY TURN UP AT ANY EVENT
 AND RECEIVE A WARM WELCOME.

WE DO, HOWEVER, REQUEST THAT YOU ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

VEHICLE ARRIVALS AND MOVEMENTS:                 PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 11am,  AND REMAIN ON DISPLAY UNTIL THE 
                                                                           DISPLAY CLOSES.
                                                                           
                                                                           PLEASE ENSURE ANY VEHICLE MOVEMENT BETWEEN THESE TIMES IS
                                                                           ACCOMPANIED BY AN SDCVS MARSHAL.
                                                                  
CAMPING                                                             ANYONE WISHING TO CAMP AT AN EVENT MUST ADVISE THE EVENT SECRETARY.

DISPLAY STANDS, GAZEBOS, BANNERS ETC.         ANY CLUB OR INDIVIDUAL WISHING TO USE A GAZEBO, TENT, BANNER,
                                                                           DISPLAY,   SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT OR TEMPORARY STRUCTURE MUST REQUEST
                                                                           PERMISSION FROM THE EVENTS SECRETARY AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO
                                                                           THE EVENT, AND PROVIDE PROOF OF   £ 5 MILLION PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE.

TRADE STALLS                                                    ANYONE WISHING TO ATTEND AN EVENT WITH A TRANSPORT - RELATED TRADE

                                                                          STALL MUST CONTACT THE EVENTS SECRETARY FOR ACCEPTANCE.
